June favourites

Hello everyone, the worst blogger is here, I finally graduated and I have my bachelor's degree, and I have a lot of time, ideas and fresh mind. Also, as a bonus, I have a camera, so hopefully will be able to do some decent photos.
As a start of month post, or almost middle of the month I’m going to write about my June favourites.
Beauty wise:
Mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational, one of the best mascaras I've tried. I really loved Le Volume de Chanel and I'm trying to find something equally great from drugstore. Next month I will be trying Bourjois mascara. But for now, I really love this Maybelline mascara.
Blush – Guerlain meteorites perles de blush, they are from 2015, I love meteorites in general, but these were special, because they were not a powder as usual, but a blush, usually I wouldn't use them because it's kind of a fuss to use them, but now I have lots of free time, so I do take my time doing my makeup.
Dermacol highlighter
Highlighter – dermacol set #3, just amazing, especially for the price.
Eyeliner – Bourjois, your usual liquid liner, very black, stays on the eyes for a long time, doesn't smudge, great price, have to use it and see how fast it will dry it out.
Lip pencil – Golden Rose pencils, they are really cheap and also really good.
Nail varnish – Inglot #869 very bright summer colour
Dermacol highlighter swatches
Eye shadows – Givenchy 2013 Hôtel privé collection eyeshadow palette, an old palette, was kind of expensive at the time, but eyeshadows were worth it. Great pigment, they blend perfectly, not the brightest colours, but very easy to use, everyday use palette.
Books:
Anna Gavalda – Je l’aimais started reading it in French, because I'm trying to improve my French, very interesting book. I love Anna Gavalda's work, she's one of not so many modern authors whom I really love to read.
The Theater Experience by Edwin Wilson, I've had this book for years, and sometimes I like to read it, not in some particular order, but just hear and there, about topics that really interest me. I advise this book to anyone who loves theater or interested in it.
TV show – Hélène et les garçons, the reason I rewatch this very old tv show is the same that I read Anna Gavalda in French, it's because I'm trying to improve my knowledge of French. And I think this tv show is amazing, it's easy to understand, the language there is not very hard, and the show itself is kind of funny.
Event of the month – reunion with girls from ON3, my old workplace, we are friends, but all of us have very different lifestyle, and don't have a lot of free time at the same moment, so usually it's hard to schedule a meeting for all of us at the same time, but luckily this time it all worked out and we could meet all together.
Favourite blogger – Chriselle Lim. I just adore her instagram account.
Favourite youtuber – Sophie Shohet, she's been my favourite youtuber for a couple of months already, very lovely, very interesting youtuber.

So, what did you like? What were and are your favourites?
Share with me.

Weekend in Georgia

Hello everyone, it's Sveta. I once again am coming back to blogging. Today with a little bit different kind of post. Travelling experience type of post.
So, two days ago I came back from the weekend in Tbilisi, Georgia. It was my third time there, and quite frankly I love it. The city reminds of Europe, grace to Mikheil Saakashvil who made all the major changes at the infrastructure and improved the city.
I just love walking there, visiting little cafes, just strolling along the streets. Luckily the weather was great, sunny and warm. The streets were filled with tourists, which actually I like, I quite like the buzz of different languages around me. Cafes with live music are everywhere, you just have to choose where exactly to go, which actually can be quite hard. I especially like Singer cafe and Friend's cafe, the atmosphere is amazing. Not to mention gorgeous and mostly very stylish Georgians. Also, Georgians are very religious, so there are a lot of churches everywhere big and small.
Minankari
To anyone interested with antiques my advice is to go to Dry bridge, that is where the flea market is situated. Also if you are interested in jewelry, there is gorgeous Georgian traditional jewelry style called Minankari it's made of baked enamel, I'll insert the picture with example. Also Georgian wine, there are a lot of different wine houses, wine shops, vineyards and etc. Just go and try. So because it is not an educative type of post, I'll just insert a couple of other pictures.

Also, outfit that I'm wearing on the photo is
Dress - Zara
Cardigan - Oodji (Great Russian high street brand)
Shoes - Sasha Fabiani
Bag - local store
Necklace - local silver shop

Have you ever been to Georgia?
Tell me about your experience.

Make-up history

Hello my lovelies, Today I'm writing just a short post to you to share very interesting video. I think it might be interesting to everyone interested in make-up. So here it is, videos starring my two greatest inspirations. Videos tell us short history of make-up from Victorian era till 1970s. It is very very intersting.

In bblogger bbloggers beauty beautyguru even skin tone fashion guerlain Life in style lifestyle make up makeup meteorites

Guerlain météorites

Hello my lovelies,
Today I'm finally writing a review for last Guerlain météorites from Christmas collection.
First thing first is this collection has gorgeous packaging. Météorites look like this beautiful snow globe. And inside there are little star météorites. What a lovely touch for Christmas. Just from the look of them you get the idea of Christmas and snow and snowflakes, which I personally love.
And the product itself in my opinion is great, it really is. Their colour is perfect, though only for light skin, but if you are darker, you can use them as a hilighter. I use them as a powder for whole face. Météorites in general became softer, so you can use any soft brush with them. They apply easily, look amazing on skin. Have some shimmer, but applied properly, doesn't look too much, looks just perfect. If you wanted to try Météorites, then that's the time. Sadly, they are sold out pretty much everywhere. But if you can find them, definitely buy.
If you tried them, please share you opinion and thoughts. Here I include photo of my météorites and photo of Christmas Guerlain stand.

Don't hesitate to comment and enjoy.
Xoxo,
Sveta

Azerbaijan Fashion Week and fashion shows

Hello my lovelies, today I'm telling you about Azerbaijan Fashion Week and sharing some photos and videos from it.
Azerbaijan fashion week was from 30th of November till 3rd of December at Boulevard Hotel Baku. Obviously I couldn't miss that event. Let's start from the fact that there are two types of fashion week's here, but AFW is the best one.
Beside the shows there were also workshops, seminars, pop up shops and also movies shows about fashion industry. Speakers for seminars were: fashion buyer Georgy Rostovshikov, owner and producer of Aurora Fashion Week in Saints Petersburg, Russia, and Mr. Andreevs' public talk on upcoming trends.
I was really impressed by some designers, obviously Igor Chapurin, whose designs I've been loving for years now. Also Datuna, Georgian designer, with very simple, laconic yet chic and beautiful designs. I've literally fallen in love with his dress. Obviously Rosa Clara show was just amazing with their wedding dresses. Math, Russian brand of men's fashion, really impressive, I would advice girls to look to their collection if you're looking for present for you other half. And Salle de Mode, another Georgian brand with amazing accessories. Gorgeous bags and shoes.
If you are interested in Azerbaijan Fashion Week, then you should visit afw.az. And also if you are interested and understand Azerbaijani language, I took interview from Datuna, it will be up soon on Xanim.net. Later I will publish it here in Russian and English. With that being said, enjoy some photos and videos from Azerbaijan Fashion Week here.

Here are my photos with journalists, Georgian designer Irma Sharikadze, fashion buyer Georgy Rostovshikov, Georgian designer Datuna, Russian designer Igor Chapurin, and selfish with the founder and owner of Aurora Fashion Week in Russia.
