Perfect foundation for dry skin

Hello everyone!
Last couple of months my skin really hated me, so I was trying to find a good foundation that wouldn't make my skin look even more dry than it already is. Firstly, I think I have to mention that I don't get on well with BB creams, most of them are either too grey or too pink or too yellow, too greasy, the coverage isn't great.
But I decided to give a go to a BB one last time and was looking for something really good. I ended up ordering Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream. And, it really is great, it has enough coverage so I just have to use a concealer under my eyes and when I have break outs. It looks quite dark, but when applied it does blend with the skin tone. It doesn't highlight my dry patches that I now have, it's got quite oily texture, so when applying blusher or bronzing powder, you definitely should powder before it. It sinks into skin very good, also feels great, though I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. It's staying power is quite good, I do have to powder throughout the day, but it stays all day long. I think it's exclusive to wishtrend.com site, because I couldn't find it anywhere else, well it also is sold on ebay. It also has a protection of SPF40.

How to make your skin tone more even

Beautiful and clean skin is a dream of every woman. Here are a few tips on how to achieve it.
1. Good cleansing.
You should use your skin cleansing products everyday.  Use them even if you didn't do any make up. Dust and dirt may traumatize your skin and worsen its appearance, especially in summer, when skin gets oily faster. For better effect once or twice a week use scrub for deeper cleansing.
2. Moisturizing and Nourishing.
Even young and healthy skin needs regular moisture. For these purpose you can use moisturizer for your skin type and even home made fruit masks.
Also don't forget to moisturize your neck and eyes, some young women think that it's early to use under eye creams and that is very wrong, just buy the one for your skin and age.
3. Good nutrition.
We all know that we are what we eat. So, don't forget to eat fruits, berries and veggies, especially now, in winter. Take vitamins (A and E vitamins are very good for your skin). And very soon you will notice results.
4. Hydration.
We all need to drink at least eight glasses of water per day, but sadly not all of us follow this advice I'm myself guilty of that too. Lack of water causes premature skin aging and deterioration of its colour. So please drimk enough water.

Tips.
  • Stay out of sun and protect your skin with UV blockers
  • Don't smoke it's very bad for your skin and health obviously
  • Get plenty of sleep

Hello everyone!
Today I'm going to write a little bit about pilates! I've started doing it just a couple of weeks ago, and what I wanna say is - pilates is AMAZING.
It was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The main idea of pilates is to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. The focus is on doing one precise and perfect movement, rather than many halfhearted ones. Also it's very important to breath in the right way. The main plus of it (in my opinion) is that you don't feel exhausted after workout.
Also, the plus of pilates is that you can do it at home, there are a lot of exercises that you can do alone, without any expensive equipment. Though, I do recommend to have a few classes with professional before starting doing it alone.
There are a lot of celebrities such as Jennifer Anniston, Gisele Bundchen, Hugh Grant, Jessica Simpson who do it.. Also people say that Kate and Pippa Middleton keep them fit through pilates too! If you want to start doing it alone there are many resources such as:
